Now that Dan's ankle healed up some, he was able to blow and round up some leaves for jumping into. Both kids took full advantage.
Alexa likes to take pictures and here are some of her better ones. Dan took the kids to a Bothell High football playoff game.
It was Drew's turn at school to be his class Star of the Week. We got to bring in lunch to eat with him and watch him present his poster telling about what makes him the great kid he is.
A Cougar weekend, starting off with a soccer game on a Friday afternoon.
Cougar football Saturday - a win over Stanford. Go Cougs!!!
Drew starred in his first school play and did a great job. Dad and Alexa made a road trip to Pullman to catch some Cougar sports, starting with basketball on a Friday night.
The weather was terrible for the football game, pouring down rain and windy. It was more of the same when we got home, which made it perfect for jammie time.
Kids cuddling, a crisp fall morning in the backyard, and Dan does some work in the kitchen.
Dan and Drew took in the 100th Apple Cup at Husky Stadium. The Cougs won and we had an excellent meal at Blue C Sushi afterwards. It wasn't too cold, but the parking situation was terrible. We were a mile away and Dan helped Drew by doing a lot of piggybacking on the way back to the Jeep.
