This was a great ballpark. As a kid, Dan had been to many games at Riverfront Stadium Dan and Gen also visited a few years ago (pre-Drew). GAB is a huge improvement. All the new ballparks are simply wonderful. Excellent seating and views from everywhere, wide aisles, and great food. We arrived while the Chicago Cubs were still taking batting practice, our seats were about 20 rows up on the 3rd base side. Dan went down to the edge of the field with both kids, holding Alexa and holding Drew's hand. It is typical for kids and adults alike to yell at the players shagging BP asking for a ball. I did not say a thing, but Antonio Alfonseca handed me two baseballs, one for each kid. It was great, Drew was thrilled to get a baseball of his own. The rest of the game we had to keep him from throwing it! The ballpark's best feature is the Paddle Boat Smoke Stacks in right center field. The spout smoke on home runs and after the Red's win. The Red's did win this game in 10 innings. We look forward to repeat visits here, as we will try to get to Cincinnati every other summer to visit our family.
