While in Houston, TX for a friend's wedding, we squeezed in a visit to the home of the Houston Astros in February 2002. We were dissapointed that we were not there for a game, but the tour was fun. This was just two days before they changed the name from Enron Field to Astros Field, and word has it the field will be renamed again shortly. The field was very neat, although the tour was less than perfect. They would not allow us to tour a clubhouse, nor go anywhere other than the 3rd base line on the 100 level. We did get to go into the pressbox and owner's suite, though. The homerun train was also hiding in deep center field. If there is a next time, it will be during baseball season.
