We hit Country Village to get our first Christmas tree in the new house and got the house decorated.

Gen bought the boys a pre-built gingerbread house. Dan loved the frosting and Drew loved the candies. It actually turned out pretty good. No princess pictures to be found here, she was taking a nap.
We went to a holiday light show with Emily, Omar, and Max. Not that there are any pictures of the adults, though! Drew had his first holiday program, but he was playing shy and would not look up at all. Maybe next year we will get a good picture of him singing.
We did the same thing for Alexa's first birthday as we did for Drew. A trip to the Seattle Aquarium, lunch at Red Robin with the free birthday sunday, and her own cake to tear into.
Aunt Debbie came into town. She enjoyed dolling up Alexa and making cookies with Drew. We opened one gift each on Christmas Eve.
Wow, what a great Christmas. It is so fun when you have a three year old. And when you can spoil him! It was wonderful to have Aunt Debbie here for it. We opened presents, made breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice, and played mousetrap.
