Coors Field - June 25, 2001

While on a family trip, we dropped by Coors Field to catch a game. The day was cloudy and stormy so we were afraid of a rainout, but it dried out in time. We found a close parking spot and picked up some sandwiches for dinner. We ate on the Third Base side outside the stadium and let Drew run around a bit. Once the gates opened, we spent the requisite money at the Rockies Team Store on gear. One item we have gotten at each field for Drew is a pennant. They now hang on his wall in his room. Nice stadium, we can see the resemblance to it in Safeco Field. The Rockies won, but we left a little early as we had to drive to Laramie, WY that night, enroute to Yellowstone National Park.
