Oriole Park at Camden Yard - June 2000

While visiting some friends in the DC area, we hit a game at Camden Yards. This is before digital, so these are 35mm film and then scanned in leading to less than stellar quality and few pictures. This was a great park with excellent atmosphere. Safeco Field took a lot of this place into consideration. Honestly, if you look from foul pole to foul pole, the seating is almost identical at Safeco. The worst part about this place was the weather, it was hot and very, very humid. We got worn out just walking to our seats! It was impressive to see the spot on the warehouse that Ken Griffey, Jr. hit with a homer. I would like to catch another game here when the Mariner's are in town and maybe chow on some Crab Cakes or Boog Powell BBQ. Someday....
