Driveway drain is overrun
Water flowed over to the gravel parking, which we had drainage pipes added to a couple years ago
The stream
It is two to three feet deep in there
Highest we have ever seen. It snowed on the weekend, then rained hard for about 36 hours straight
Bridge is partway under water, as is the walkway to it

The only part of our grass that actually had standing water
Green is quite green, but you can see the water is close to the level of the fence and yard
Where the stream comes in
Creeping higher, it also reached the shed
At it's highest level. It would really have to rain in order to reach the house at all. We had never had this much rain before in the 4 plus years we have lived here. SeaTac airport reported 4 inches of rain in 24 hours, I think we received a little bit more since we are located in the convergence zone.
